Refunds (Within 1 Day)
Refund requests must be made within 1 day of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection, with an additional 5 days for bank processing.

Exchanges & Store Credit (Within 2 Days)

Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition.
No cash refunds, but you can exchange for another product or receive store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale and customized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns from Outside the UAE
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty or damaged items.

Condition of Returns
